Pala Pizza in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, deserves every star! The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and it's a perfect spot for families with a kid-friendly play area. The unique dessert pizza was a delightful surprise, and the prices were more than reasonable.

The food is ok. The service could be better, there was almost nobody when I visited, and we had to wait for the empty plates to be removed from the table even when the table was full. There are tables inside with AC and a kid's playground area with tables to dine but it does not have AC.

Went there for lunch and the pizza was pretty good! We ordered the cheese burger pizza to try something new and it was very tasty!!

This is definitely a 3B place and the terrace was the best for me, it also has a 2nd floor terrace but we didn't get the chance to go there because as soon as we saw the kids'place we lay there, and ordered a good pizza and a big calzone to share!!! The customer service was outstanding, I highly recommend this place.

The customer service is quite good, the place is clean and they play nice music. If your phone has low battery and you forgot your charger, they lend you a wireless charger so you can get some battery charge while eating, which is awesome. They are known for having a good variety of pizzas with very fun combination of ingredients besides their normal range. Also quick recommendation: Their ricotta and spinach ravioli is not terrible but if you're looking for a great pasta, this one is not mind blowing either so I would just order a different dish or stick with pizza.

Love their pizza, it is my favorite. Good service. Good parking lot. Safe playground for children. Prices are good. We were three and spent almost 25 dollars. Wish I could go there every day!!!

It was a great experience, the staff was very polite and helpful, it is a great place to share a nice moment with family or friends and even for a nice relaxed date, the food is tasty and has very nice prices, it has access for wheelchair for the first floor, there's an area for children with a playground, the event was nice so I recommend it for children's birthday parties and there's a private room for events or meetings, the second floor has a nice seating area with Toscana Lights and is so nice there.

I went to Pala Pizza when I was in the Dominican Republic. That place was the best. They have bathrooms but you had to walk to a separate building. And something that was good was that it had fast service and it had a playground that the kids can play on to wait. When you walked in the place is very nice. I did like Pala Pizza.
